Dear IHG,
Here are your options for fixing your variance.
1. Fire a bunch of home office employees
2. Get some directors off their asses and actually put them on some billable work.
3. Make some more god damn money.
Without doing at least one of those 3 things, your variance.. which incedentally is an imaginary number that no other company in the god damn world uses.. will continue to suck like a whore house filled with vacume cleaners.
